Position: Director of Brand Experience (Full-Time)

The Opportunity:
This isn’t a traditional marketing role—it’s an adrenaline shot for the brand. You’ll serve as the central creative force behind how we show up to the world. Think of yourself as a hype architect, designing and distributing content that actually makes people care.
What you'll do:

Lead content strategy across all channels: social, digital, video, IRL.

Build and manage our social media presence like it’s a living, breathing ecosystem.

Collaborate with our founders and startup teams to hype their work and elevate visibility.

Craft campaigns and brand moments that get attention—for the right reasons.

Write like a real human, not a robot. (Unless you’re writing as a robot, then go for it.)

Own external communications, public-facing materials, pitch decks, media kits, newsletters, etc.

Manage vendors, creatives, and collaborators when needed—agencies, freelancers, videographers, etc.

Spot trends, memes, and moments and inject our brand into the convo with purpose.

Push ideas to the edge—but always with a pulse on our mission: advancing social health.

What makes you a fit:
You’re a creative Swiss Army knife with a heart for humans. You bring energy, taste, and emotional intelligence into every interaction. You think systemically, write beautifully, and you can probably design a decent Instagram carousel, too.
We’re looking for:

5+ years in marketing, brand strategy, content creation, or similar roles

Experience working in or with human service fields (mental health, nonprofit, education, etc.)

Comfort wearing multiple hats—and throwing one into the ring if you disagree
-
Social media fluency (not just posting—understanding dynamics, voice, culture, rhythm)
-
A strong creative eye and a voice that can flex from sentimental to savage (when needed)

Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Canva, or other visual tools a plus
-
Video production and/or podcast experience is a big bonus
-
Project management skills—you’re organized enough to get things done

Bonus points if you:

Have been a therapist, social worker, community organizer, or teacher before pivoting to creative work

Have a weird creative project you’re proud of (show us!)

Can vibe in both chaotic brainstorms and buttoned-up client meetings
-
Have led or contributed to early-stage startup marketing

Strongly Preferred:

Familiarity or experience with AI, machine learning frameworks, or natural language processing (NLP).

Experience integrating AI-driven features or APIs into mobile applications.
