We’re on the hunt for a talented, ambitious Software Engineer eager to help us craft and scale a series of groundbreaking mobile apps. What you’ll be doing:

 

• Designing, coding, testing, and iterating mobile apps from concept through launch.

• Collaborating directly with the founding team to shape product strategy and user experience.

• Owning the tech stack, championing best practices, and continually optimizing the apps for growth and scale.

• Staying curious, proactive, and plugged into emerging technologies that could amplify our social impact.

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience in mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, etc.)

• Exceptional problem-solving and rapid prototyping skills.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

• Located in or willing to relocate to the Twin Cities area.

​

Strongly Preferred:

 

• Familiarity or experience with AI, machine learning frameworks, or natural language processing (NLP).

• Experience integrating AI-driven features or APIs into mobile applications.
