THE ROLE
We're looking for a VP of B2B Sales & Partnerships who can drive revenue and build strategic relationships across our portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who knows how to open doors, close deals, and create partnerships that generate real business impact.
You'll be responsible for:

Identifying and securing B2B sales opportunities across our portfolio brands

Building and managing strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness and revenue

Developing go-to-market strategies for partnership-driven revenue streams

Establishing sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting infrastructure

Representing Pash Company and our brands at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Collaborating with portfolio CEOs to understand their commercial needs and priorities

Creating partnership frameworks and deal structures that scale across multiple brands
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN ONE YEAR

Revenue generation: Close B2B deals and partnerships that contribute measurable revenue to the portfolio

Pipeline development: Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple brands

Strategic partnerships: Establish 3–5 high-impact partnerships that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition

Process & infrastructure: Create repeatable sales processes and reporting systems that scale

Brand advocacy: Position Pash Company and our brands as leaders in social health innovation
